Tastes Like Copenhagen Long Cut

ISME also participates in Genoa Seafuture 2009

ISME is a University Research Centre that supports research in the field of marine technology and ocean engineering.
ISME groups researchers from various Italian universities: Ancona, Cassino, Genoa, Lecce, Pisa, Verona and Trieste. ISME-seeking has the infrastructure of the affiliated departments (laboratory, workshops, etc..) And aims to exploit synergies and collaborative efforts among the participants in an agile organizational structure eflessibile.
All researchers ISME members share an interest in research in marine technology. Several research projects are ISME been or are currently funded by the European Union, inparticular, ISME has been the coordinator of the European SITAR project (2002 -2005) in the 5th EU Framework Programme.
currently participates in the ISME EPOCH Network of Excellence (FP6, 2004 - 2008) and the VENUS project (FP6, 2006 - 2009), in both cases aimed at applications in the field of automatic underwater archaeological research. As for previous experience on the topics of the project, the ISME was responsible for national projects "Feasibility study for integrated modular system for monitoring operations / safety in the marine environment" (Scientific and Technological Park of Liguria, 2007 -2008) and "Feasibility Study for the Prediction of Performance Simulator for Underwater Anti-Intrusion Systems for use in coastal protection and port" (Science and Technology Park dellaLiguria, 2007 - 2008). Within the FP7, ISME participate in projects UAN (Underwater Acoustic Networks - 2008 - 2011) and CogAUV (AUVs Cognitive-2009 - 2012).
