MONTANARA
INGREDIENTS: 4 people
400 gr. half of penne, 3 medium potatoes, 100 gr. of cured bacon, onion, 50 gr. butter, 200 gr. Toma fat and seasoned salt and pepper.
PREPARATION:
In a pan put cooked potatoes peeled and cut into cubic pieces, shortly after the fall pasta. Apart from the butter in a frying pan fry the onion and bacon, sliced \u200b\u200binto pieces. When cooked, the pasta and potatoes, drain and pour in pan with onions and bacon, stir well and gently.
