INGREDIENTS: 4 people
150 gr. about courgettes, 150 gr. spaghetti cooked al dente, 4 eggs, 6 zucchini flowers, 50 gr. cream, 40 gr. grated Parmesan cheese, a knob of butter, salt and pepper.
PREPARATION: Clean
flowers and put them together with washers of zucchini, cook everything in a pan with the butter. Beat the eggs with the cream and the Parmesan, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix with the chopped zucchini and spaghetti. Put in pan and cook everything as an omelet for about 10 minutes, turn and leave another 10 minutes. When will be the desired crispy dish to serve.
