Th Cavalry Division Stetson Hat




INGREDIENTS for 4:

6 potatoes, 300 gr. shrimp 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, a teaspoon of capers in vinegar, 4 slices of pickled peppers, a cup of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon mustard, salt.

PREPARATION:

Boil the potatoes, peel them and leave them cool. Boil the shrimp for 5 minutes in boiling salted water to which add the vinegar. Let cool and peel. Cut potatoes into cubes, put them in a bowl with the mayonnaise and mustard, chopped parsley, capers and peppers also cut into cubes. Stir well and gently and place the mixture in a serving dish, decorate as desired and serve. Accompanied by an excellent Vermentino well chilled.
