Yiff Interactive Game

BEAN RISOTTO


INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 250 gr

. rice, 200 gr. of beans, 80 gr. Parma ham in a single slice, 50 oz. of butter, one onion, 2 sage leaves, 40 gr. grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons of oil, a glass of red wine, beef broth.

PREPARATION:

Cook beans in salted water with the sage leaves for about thirty minutes. We cook the onion and diced ham, then add the rice and let's toast for 5 minutes add the red wine and beans. Mix well and very well, then pour the broth and warm. We complete the cooking without letting it escape. Before removing from heat stir in the cheese mixture. The dish is very simple but it is truly exceptional.
