Synergeyes® Multifocal

MACARONI WITH BACON AND LEEK SAUCE ..


INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 300 gr

. macaroni, 100 grams. of diced bacon, 100 gr. leek, half a glass of milk, 30 gr. butter, 2 tablespoons of oil
Ages 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

PREPARATION:

Cut the leeks into small pieces and cook with olive oil and butter, Season with salt and add 2 tablespoons water and cook until the water consumed. Drain the leeks from their fat and leave the fat in your pan. Apart from the leeks with the milk shake adding the parmesan, stirring very well. Put the dough in baking. Containing more fat in the pan, brown the bacon and just ready to join all the dough. We incorporate the sauce with leeks and let's jump well enough to whisk her away without firing.
