INGREDIENTS:
for two advanced 200 grams of cake, two apples Smith (I was in this house), 20 gr. of butter, a lemon, 2 tablespoons cinnamon, 3 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar.
PREPARATION:
Peel apples and cut into chunks too large. Melt the butter in a frying pan and cook the apples over high heat for about 5 / 6 minutes, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle with lemon juice and let sit for a couple of minutes to allow flavors that preparation.
