GNOCCHI WITH MUSHROOMS AND GORGONZOLA
INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 800 gr
. gnocchi, 20 gr. dried mushrooms, 200 ml. of cream, 100 gr. sweet gorgonzola, 40 gr. butter, 1 clove of garlic.
PREPARATION:
Soften the mushrooms by soaking in warm water for about an hour later laviamoli carefully and cut into small pieces. In a pan put butter and whole garlic, let cook and add the mushrooms with a pinch of salt. Add two tablespoons of warm water and we restrict. In another pan melt the gorgonzola do with the cream and add fungi. We cook the gnocchi (watch the salt), drain and dress with the cream prepared. Serve immediately. If you have any oranges in the house, garnish the dish, the smell will bring a really nice note.
