Sunday, February 22, 2009 while playing with my shortwave transceiver, I noticed a strong signal with a woman's voice broadcasting codes and sequences of letters in the phonetic alphabet.
the signal arrives to spread and was very strong, 'cause I am intrigued and I did a network search by entering the frequency in KHz on google and some codes transmitted by the mysterious female voice.
